Outcome Mapping
Design and implementation of projects and programmes are focusing more and more on changing human behaviour through stakeholder networks. Outcome Mapping is an approach that plans for behavioural change of partner organisations, network members and beneficiaries in order to achieve development results. OM provides solutions for designing and measuring qualitative change especially at the outcome level and can well be combined with other approaches such as Theory of Change.
