Course Objectives
The course aims at creating a sustainable leadership pipeline/capacity within organizations, which will be supported by robust performance management processes so as to identify potential leadership talent. This program will use a blended learning approach which will include social learning, peer to peer exchange, experiential learning to ensure a holistic learning experience.
Learning outcomes:
At the end of the course, the middle managers will be able to:
- Understand leadership and/versus management and its application.
Understand the leadership competencies at a middle leadership and management level.
Expand their understanding of leading self, leading others and leading the organization in relation to power and leadership.
Advance their understanding of financial management for middle level non-finance managers.
