Course Objectives
The basic aim of this course is to enhance training competences of associate trainers within the framework of the following courses:
Tax and tax power campaigns and programming
Gender Responsive Public Services (GRPS) and public service delivery
Social accountability and;
Human Rights based Approach (HRBA)
Learning Outcome
By the end of the course participants will be able to:
- Enhanced knowledge and skills in tax power campaigning and programming, Gender Responsive Public Services (GRPS) and public service delivery, Social accountability and Human Rights based Approach (HRBA).
- Adopt MSTCDC training methodology in conducting MSTCDC’s and ActionAid’s courses and programs.
- Be creative in trainings to make their knowledge sharing more interesting by using different kinds of training tools, techniques and materials.
- Constantly monitor the extent to which the trainees have been receptive, responsive and reinforced by the knowledge and skills provided.
